DURLE PAI dispersion liquid

DURLE PAI dispersion liquid was developed by Ealean in response to the high end requirements of water based non-stick coatings, It has the properties of conventional water-based PAI, and It does not contain materials turn yellow at high temperatures.Therefore, the color of non-stick coating is blue phase and very stable,with high gloss, high hardness (especially thermal hardness), high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance.It also has good compatibility with water and other water-based resins.

Application

Application: high temperature coating, high temperature adhesive, enameled wire.

Addition amount: determined by the test of the manufacturer.

Usage: It can be ground together with toner. Can also be added to the main resin.

Storage: This product is flammable, keep away from fire source, open flame, keep away from light. The lid of the drum must be tightened after use.

The shelf life of the unopened drum is 1 year.

Package: 20 or 50 kg plastic drum.
