Construction
1.Basic repair
the edges and corners of the matrix are missing and uneven parts shall be repaired and filled with putty.
2.Coating construction

3. Penetrant construction

4.Primer construction

5.Topcoat construction
under the condition that the temperature is not less than 15℃, use the short-hair roller to ensure that the bottom is not permeable, no flow hanging and no brush lines are visible in the process of rolling coating. Do not dilute with water during application. The second application must be carried out after the first coating surface dries, and the second rolling coating cannot be carried out after the complete curing. The interval time should be controlled in 1-2 hours.

  5. Two coats of topcoat shall be applied, and the interval between the two coats shall be 2-4 hours.(if the time interval is too long, the coating will fall off.)
  6. after the top coat is mixed, the use time should not exceed 6 hours, and the temperature is related, the higher the temperature, the shorter the use time.(Use time over 30 degrees should not exceed 4 hours. (if used for too long, coating thickened after the construction, will lead to coating cracking.)
