1. Basic repair： The edges and corners of the matrix are missing and uneven parts shall be repaired and filled with putty.
2. Coating construction:Coating construction inspection surface putty should be solid, not powder, peeling and cracking. Putty dry, should be polished smooth, and clean up.
3. Penetrant construction：Use the short wool roller to roll the coating evenly. It is normal that surface drying may leave traces of the roller.
4. Primer construction：After the permeant surface dries, apply the primer with the short hair roller. In the process of rolling coating, it is impermeable to the bottom, no flow hanging and no brush lines.
5.Topcoat construction：under the condition that the temperature is not less than 15℃, use the short-hair roller to ensure that the bottom is not permeable, no flow hanging and no brush lines are visible in the process of rolling coating. Do not dilute with water during application. The second application must be carried out after the first coating surface dries, and the second rolling coating cannot be carried out after the complete curing. The interval time should be controlled in 1-2 hours. (surface dry that is, non-stick hand coating film can be scratched)
Water based nano building coating construction important tips
1、 putty to dry to more than 7 days, can do closed penetrant.
2、Primer can be made after completion of sealing penetrant for more than 12 hours.
3、Finish the primer after 12 hours.
4、 The top coat is A two-component coating. Add B into A, keep stirring for about 15 minutes, and leave it for 15 minutes before construction.(if the stirring and setting time is not enough, cracking and other quality problems may occur.)
5、Two coats of topcoat shall be applied, and the interval between the two coats shall be 2-4 hours. (if the time interval is too long, the coating will fall off.)
6、After the top coat is mixed, the use time should not exceed 6 hours, and the temperature is related, the higher the temperature, the shorter the use time. Use time over 30 degrees should not exceed 4 hours. (if used for too long, coating thickened after the construction, will lead to coating cracking.)
