DURLE PAI
 DURLE Polyamide-imide is called PAI for short. It is a class of polymers in which imide rings and amide bonds are arranged in regular alternation. Solvent-based PAI has excellent adhesion, temperature resistance, flexibility and corrosion resistance. 

The glass transition temperature is 250 ~ 300.

The thermal deformation temperature is 269.

Tensile strength of molded plastics is 90MPa(23C)59MPa(260).

The bending strength is 157MPa(23) and 96MPa(260)

It has excellent dimensional stability and creep resistance, corrosion and irradiation resistance.

Application
         Application: high temperature coating, high temperature adhesive, enameled wire.


Addition amount: determined by the test of the manufacturer.


Usage: It can be ground together with toner. Can also be added to the main resin.


Storage: This product is flammable, keep away from fire source, open flame, keep away from light. The lid of the drum must be tightened after use.

 

The shelf life of the unopened drum is 1 year.
