The substrate must be degreased or dried so that remove any foreign materials and contaminants from the substrate surface and interstice。
(2) shot blasting

Coating filtration: filtrate the coating with screen (200mesh) before using,and it should be sprayed immediately .
Spray gun with nozzle diameter of 0.8~1.1mm and spraying pressure of 0.2~ 0.3mpa (2~ 3kGF /cm2),When spraying, the distance between the control nozzle and the substrate should be kept at 15~30cm.
The film thickness after sintering should be 15~20 m.
(5) desiccation
Dry immediately after painting,the optimum conditions are 140℃-160℃ drying for 10-15 minutes.
(6) Topcoating：ET-22116
Stainless steel filter net #150 is required for filtration. After filtration, paint should be sprayed immediately,the method Refer to undercoat，The thickness of sintered film should be 10-15 m.
(7) Drying and baking conditions
Dry the unit at the temperature of 140℃~160℃ for 10~15 min, and increase the temperature to 380℃. Keep for 10 -15min.
