Thermal property

Ploy premium coating has excellent thermal property. Metal cookware coated with Premium have the insulation property of crockery.

Hydrolysis resistance

Its tensile strength or flexural property will remain almost unchanged under steam condition of 200℃ and 1.4 MPa, so it can withstand
high-pressure steam sterilization.

Chemical resistance

Excellent resistance against acid, alkali, oxidants, hydrocarbons, salt, steam, oil, etc. Its chemical resistance is superior to other non-stick
coating.

Scratch resistance

Poly Premium coating is a balanced material with both toughness and hardness. In particular, its scratch resistance is similar to that of alloy
material.

Abrasion resistance

With excellent smoothness, it is suitable for the application which strictly requires low coefficient of friction (0.15-0.30) and friction resistance
and has abrasion-resistant and non-entangling characteristics. Carbon fiber, graphite, and modified polytetrafluoroethylene or reinforced 30%
carbon fiber have the characteristics of excellent abrasion-resistance and smoothness.

Scratch resistance test

Test conditions: 3kg vertcal pressure
Test materia; l-yuan coin
 Description:At room temperature,under 3kg vertical pressure, coating scratch tester is used to test the coating
damage caused by the coin which is vertical to the coating surfaceand moves 10cm back and forth as a cycle.

Durablity test

Test equipment: abrasion tester.
Test conditions:0.5kg vertical pressure.
Test material: ball point pan refil l.
Description: After the surface temperature of test subject reaches 200℃,start the tester to test the damage of
coating surface caused by friction with ball point pen refill and examine the anti-friction property of coating under
high temperature.
